In current scenario everything is changing and day by day demands of employment are also changing. It is very my necessary to develop the young employee with need of the time. CDP is the program whereby final year college students can prepare themselves for the next generation employment requirement. It is an initiative to bridge the skill gap between employer & employee and providing better career options by providing placement to right candidates.

Program Feature

This course is designed in very different manner to prepare next generation employee and bridging the gap between employee and Industry need. It has been designed in 3 parts First is Soft Skill Development, second is Job orientation and third is Preparing for Interview. It will benefit both students to get better career opportunity as well as employers also because they will recruit freshers only but still they will be trained on skills and attitude part. Therefor their sustainability with employer will be more.
